As you make an appointment, we reserve time for you with the doctor and request a one week notice for cancellation of surgical appointments and 48 hour notice for all other appointments. A short notice cancellation fee may apply if adequate notice has not been provided. As a courtesy, we have an automated call system to confirm appointments if you are a patient of record.
